Creating Your Account

The platform uses magic link authentication — no password required. You sign in by entering your email and clicking a link sent to your inbox.

Sign Up Flow

1. Visit the platform login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Click Sign in or Continue
4. Check your email for the magic link
5. Click the link to authenticate
6. Complete onboarding if prompted (required before accessing the app)

Option 2: Invitation

If you received an invitation:

1. Check your email for the invitation link
2. Click the link to accept
3. Complete your profile details
4. You'll use magic link sign-in for future sessions

How Magic Link Works

• Enter your email address
• A secure, time-limited link is sent to your inbox
• Click the link to sign in — no password to remember
• Links expire after a short period for security

Troubleshooting

Can't receive the magic link?

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Ensure your email is entered correctly
• Request a new link — the previous one may have expired
• Contact support for manual verification if the issue persists
