Enrolling in Programmes
Join programmes and cohorts
How to Enroll
Enrollment process varies based on programme type and access requirements.
Self-Enrollment
For open programmes:
- Navigate to the programme details page
- Click Enroll Now button
- Select a cohort (for cohort-based programmes)
- Confirm enrollment
- Start learning immediately
Application-Based Enrollment
For programmes requiring application:
- Click Apply on the programme page
- Complete the application form
- Submit required information
- Wait for approval notification
- Enroll once approved
Application Information
Applications may request:
- Company Information: Your organization details
- Role & Experience: Professional background
- Learning Goals: What you hope to achieve
- Additional Questions: Programme-specific questions
Application reviews typically take 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email notification when reviewed.
Invitation-Only Programmes
For private programmes:
- Receive an invitation from the provider
- Click the invitation link in your email
- Review programme details
- Accept the invitation
- Access the programme
Cohort Selection
For cohort-based programmes:
Available Cohorts
View all upcoming cohorts with:
- Start and end dates
- Enrollment deadline
- Available spots
- Schedule overview
Choosing a Cohort
Consider:
- Timing: Does it fit your schedule?
- Availability: Are spots still open?
- Commitment: Can you commit for the duration?
Once enrolled in a cohort, switching to another cohort may not be possible without unenrolling.
Enrollment Roles
When enrolling, you may be assigned different roles:
Participant (Default)
- Full access to course content
- Can complete modules and assessments
- Receives completion certificate
Observer
- View-only access to content
- Cannot submit assessments
- No completion tracking
Facilitator
- Can help guide participants
- Access to facilitator resources
- May moderate discussions
Mentor
- Provide guidance to participants
- Access to mentor materials
- May host sessions
Company Enrollments
If your company has enrolled in a programme:
Individual Access
- Navigate to Programmes → Company Programmes
- View programmes your company provides access to
- Click Join to access as an individual
- Start learning
Company-Managed Enrollment
Your company admin may:
- Automatically enroll team members
- Assign specific cohorts
- Track team progress
- Manage access
After Enrollment
Once enrolled, you can:
- Access Course Content: Start learning immediately
- View Schedule: See cohort timeline (if applicable)
- Join Events: Register for associated events
- Book Mentors: Use allocated mentor credits (if available)
- Track Progress: Monitor your completion
Find your enrolled programmes:
- Dashboard: Quick access widget
- My Learning: Complete list
- Programme Catalogue: "Enrolled" badge
Managing Enrollments
Unenrolling
To leave a programme:
- Go to programme details page
- Click Settings → Unenroll
- Confirm your decision
- Your progress will be saved (but access removed)
Unenrolling from cohort-based programmes may prevent re-enrollment in the same cohort.
Transferring Cohorts
Some programmes allow cohort transfers:
- Contact the programme provider
- Request transfer to another cohort
- Wait for approval
- Your progress will transfer
Enrollment Limits
Be aware of:
- Concurrent Enrollments: Maximum programmes you can join simultaneously (if limited)
- Cohort Capacity: Spots may fill up quickly
- Enrollment Windows: Some cohorts close before start date
- Company Allocations: Limited seats per organization
Troubleshooting
Can't enroll in a programme?
Possible reasons:
- Enrollment is closed
- Cohort is full
- Application required
- Prerequisites not met
- Private/invitation-only
Application denied?
- Contact the programme provider for feedback
- Improve qualifications or experience
- Try alternative programmes
- Reapply in future cohorts
Lost access after enrolling?
- Check if the programme has started
- Verify enrollment status in My Learning
- Contact support if access issues persist
